The hotel is perfectly located in the downtown city of Addis Ababa, making it convenient for exploring the area. The rooms are quite excellent, offering comfortable beds and great facilities. The service is top-notch with professional and welcoming staff. Dining options are good, with friendly service. However, there was an instance of attempted entry into my room without knocking. Overall, a great stay with minor inconveniences.
